central spot for exploring parks and vibrant city attractions

The central location made it easy to stroll to the national gallery of modern art and enjoy the beautiful views at the nearby national military memorial, which really enhanced my weekend getaway. also, the view from the rooftop bar was stunning and created an inviting atmosphere to unwind after a long day. as a bonus, I found the staff throughout the hotel to be super friendly and attentive.

during my stay, the service really stood out, and the staff made me feel like a VIP. the room was spacious and featured a fantastic view of the city skyline that left a lasting impression. the breakfast buffet had a great variety, including fresh pastries and local specialties.

the pool water was too cold.

I recently had a wonderful stay, enjoying the fantastic view from my Deluxe King Room, which made unwinding incredibly easy. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of dishes that catered to every taste. I especially loved the serene rooftop bar that offered stunning skyline views, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Only drawback was the pool water being a bit too cold for my liking.

The club lounge was simply amazing! Outstanding personalized service from the staff, especially Joseph and Rupa. However, the reception could be a bit more helpful. Still, I'll definitely come back! 😊

However, dealing with the billing situation was quite frustrating. I was informed about a hold on my credit card upon check-in, but when I checked out, they charged my card inadvertently and the amount exceeded my actual expenses. It took over two weeks for the refund process, which is concerning for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the corridors had a distinct odor that felt out of place for the price range. First impressions matter, and the stale smell diminished the overall experience.

Had an awesome time with friends here! We checked out the air show at the Yelahanka Air Force Station and also enjoyed the horse racing at the Turf Club. The breakfast spread was huge, and the rooftop lounge was definitely a highlight. The spa was a perfect way to unwind.

However, I did have an issue with the reception staff who seemed unhelpful and hard to communicate with. It was a bit frustrating.

We had a fabulous time enjoying the bustling atmosphere at the Bangalore Turf Club. the excitement of the horse races was infectious. The breakfast spread was impressive, and dining at Saffron was a treat with delightful dishes like Mutton Karachi and Butter Chicken. We stayed here with our kids, and they loved the rooftop pool with the stunning views.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be improved for families.
